Ingrédients
- 4 Weisswurst European sausages Les Gars de Saucisse
- 4 pretzel croissants
- 100 g (3 1⁄2 oz) of your favorite blue cheese
- 170 g (6 oz.) portobello mushrooms
- 5 mL (1 tsp.) olive oil
- 45 mL (3 tbsp.) honey mustard
- 250 mL (1 cup) arugula
- To taste, pepper
Préparation
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Grill sausages in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cut crescents lengthwise without separating them completely in half. Top with a slice of cheese and broil for about 5 minutes or until golden and cheese is runny.
- Dans une poêle à feu moyen vif, faire revenir les champignons dans l’huile environ 5 minutes. Poivrer au goût.
- Déposer dans chaque croissant le quart des champignons, une saucisse, un filet de moutarde au miel et recouvrir de roquette fraîche.
