Les Gars de Saucisse is a local, family-run company founded in Richmond, in the Eastern Townships, in 1999. Bryce and Roxanne built the brand around one simple idea: make generous products whose quality speaks for itself.
Our specialty is sausage in all its forms and flavours. Over time, the family grew to include dry sausages, condiments and ready-to-eat dishes such as our sausage chili.
