Les Gars de Saucisse is a local, family-run company founded in Richmond, in the Eastern Townships. Since 1999, the brand has created rich, authentic recipes with the same commitment to flavour and quality.
Sausage remains our specialty, but the family has grown over the years to include dry sausages, condiments and ready-to-eat products.
Today, our products travel across Québec and beyond, from independent grocers to major chains, without losing the character that started the adventure.
